Jachin Jordan Golf Outing Benefitting The Sturge-Weber Foundation and the Make-A-Wish Foundation
The Sixth Annual Jachin Jordan Golf Outing Benefitting The Sturge-Weber Foundation and the Make-A-Wish Foundation will be held this year on Monday May 13, 2013 at Bishops Bay Country Club, Middleton, WI.
This year, in addition to benefitting research and helping families cope with Sturge-Weber, we will partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant two wishes for children with life-threatening diseases in Wisconsin. Please help us make a child’s wish come true!

Monday May 13, 2013: Choose a start-time:
- 7:00am Registration opens
- 8:00am Shotgun start
- Single Golfer(s) at $150 each (includes box lunch)
- Foursome(s) at $600 (includes box lunch)
- 8:00am golfers can purchase dinner for $25 each
- Noon Registration opens
- 1:00 pm Shotgun start
- Single Golfer(s) at $175 each (includes dinner)
- Foursome(s) at $700 (includes dinner)
- Dinner/awards presented after 1pm golfers finish
- All fees include greens fees and cart

Special Guest
Walton is a 7 year old diagnosed with Sturge Weber Syndrome at age 1. The Sturge Weber Foundation as provided valuable information, as well as funding research to improve the lives of those with Sturge Weber Syndrome. Walton continues to grow and develop with the help and love of his family and friends. He is currently a 2nd grade student and enjoys skateboarding, swimming, log rolling and playing with his family and friends.
